The product contacting pipe and filling valve are made of S304. The filling nozzle uses internal-type metal-sealed bottom valve and compression-type Teflon packing shaft seal, which ensures zero dripping and long endurance. Filling is controlled by two-stage product infeed valve, with fast and slow filling combination valve in the front and manual slow filling adjustment valve, which ensures high filling accuracy.
In addition, the filling machine has a safety interlock system. When the drum is not in the right position or the filling nozzle does not go through the bunghole, the filling valve would not open or start filling; when the filling telescopic pipe touches the drum surface, it would retract automatically.
TRANSCELL stainless steel nitrogen purging sensors are embedded with the weighing platform on the filling stations. UNIPLUS instruments are installed with the control cabinets. The weighing platforms keep low with only 10cm high, which also endure high temperature.

The filling line is assessed with a palletizing system, which facilitates the completed drums discharge. After arriving the palletizing position, the completed drums are snatched up by the pallet gripper two at a time and located on the pallet. When the two subsequent competed drums arrive at the palletizing position, the pallet gripper would go back and repeat the transfer action. The pallet with completed drums would move to the wait-shovel roller way waiting for forklift, in the meanwhile the pallet magazine would release an empty pallet. The pallitizer is operated repeatedly.
The Capping and Sealing system is optional. If needed, the filling machine shall be designed with 4 working stations, with the first and the fourth performing automatic debunging and capping and sealing function. When the empty drum arrives at the first station, the decapping and debunging machine would take unseal the cap from the drum and place it to the belt conveyor behind the drum. After filling and the filled drum arrives at the fourth station, the sealing machine would take the cap just unsealed from the belt conveyor and then seal the drum. The system complete the whole process from uncap, filling, sealing to palletizing, which largely improves the level of automation and save the labor furthest.
